Clowney was injured much of the year, missed one game completely, and played some teams that don't give up many sacks for various reasons (Wofford and Tennessee, for example) and still he lead the country in sacks. How many sacks do you think he can get next year if he remains healthy and continues to improve his strength and technique? Could we see 20+?

What LB position at USC would Tommy Sanders play in your opinion?

I assume a true freshman will have to be the second team middle LB? Or will one of the WLBs be cross-trained (Cooper)?

how much of a difference if any is their in the type of player Whammy's building the defense with as apposed to Ellis Johnson did in the past few yrs? do u see a change?

Can Gerald Turner start out at Mike LB, or is he already too big for that ? DE ?

Earlier in the thread you said Gurley will be availible next year. Thats a little different then you mentioned a few weeks ago when you siad its to early to tell. That good news! To clarify, is he expected to be ready for fall camp/start the first game?

Every article I have seen suggested Cooper was very good all week, and one of the very best on the field on Saturday. Not specific to 247, but would you expect many of the services to upgrade him to 4 stars?

The NC LB committment you suggested could be more physical, but that the athletiscm is off the charts....would he be able to help next year? and in most years would he jusr redhsirt, or is he to athletic to keep off the field?

The DE from Charleston - Does he have the frame to become a DT long term? I used to be against shorter DT's, but having watched Byron J this year, a really good short DT can be very effective if he is really good. Not ideal, as I still like taller DT's but if they are really good, then so be it. Thoughts on the kid, and my general comments about shorter DT's if they are really good.
