I hope he is one of the better players on the football team this yr. Then, next yr does the same thing on the baseball team. Coaches like the guy, and he may be the next one at 'DBU'.

Thanks JW. Just shows how high the bar has been raised here when Ahmad and Jake are not in the top 35. Hope AC can make it next year but it's not a bad thing that he will be in spring FB practice. Good luck Ahmad.

We have a special group of guys. I truly believe what put us over the top the last two years was having a group of guys on the field and in the dugout who wanted to win for the guy beside them just as much as for themselves.

He's better than some of the players on scholarship but those 27 have to be on the roster. He could only get one of eight walk-on spots.

This is very very impressive and quite the testament to the young mans natural athletic ability. To not have swung the stick for 8 months and then take Matt Price yard after a week of swings, holy cow...I do bet that he could be a contributer to the team had he been retained, because its all about repitition...
