WG, I consider Harris to be evidence that Horn is a horrible decision-maker. He has made strides, but because we either can not or do not feed him the ball repeatedly, a big night for him is 8 or 9 points. He should be scoring 18-20 on a big night. He is skilled but really under-utilized.

I totally agree that Harris has outperformed my expectations of him. Williams has started to do the same. Hopefully this really is a building season. I hate to say things like that but I guess you never know.

Everybody has to be at their best for this team to have a chance to win. Slawson showed what he is capable of against UNC and has not come close to that kind of game since then. He has got to start to produce with some consistency. Leonard has had a few good games, but more bad than good. This team simply cannot win if only 2 or 3 guys are playing well.

He has struggles with converting his feeds, IMO. He makes his dunks and put backs and a lot of hs face ups, but when he makes a post move he will miss a lot that he needs to cash.
If he makes that step, he will move into the 12-15 ppg range. But right now you cannot throw it down there and get a bucket. And that isn't because they do not know to do it.
The number one reason why USC has been bad for thirty years is a total lack of legitimate post scoring.

Horne shoulda been fired with 10 minutes to play in the Auburn game. He can't coach his way out of a wet paper bag and the only solace I've been able to find is that I've been in China for two weeks & haven't had to force myself to watch it. I find it hard to watch any college basketball games at all because every one is a reminder of the garbage that our program has become. I long for Dave Odom, MSG, and NIT trophies. Just plain Sad. Greg Marshall anyone?
