He did. Jackson was a top 100 player in the nation.
This is not me taking up for Horn or anything. Bad coach, no doubt.
But, he did better recruiting than you would think, because he coached so badly that you would never know the players were good.

good point. But with that said, maybe Martin should have kept Horn on as a recruiter.
