Victor Hampton
South Carolina cornerback Victor Hampton has been dismissed from the team for a violation of team rules, sources confirmed to TheBigSpur.com on Friday.
Hampton, from Darlington (S.C.) High, was heading into his redshirt freshman season at South Carolina and was listed No. 2 at cornerback heading into 2011.
A U.S. Army All-American coming out of high school, Hampton was a four-star recruit in South Carolina's 2010 recruiting class.
Hampton mentioned on his Twitter account on Friday that Grambling could be a school he looks to transfer to.
