South Carolina earned bragging rights for a fourth straight year in a 27-17 historic win over archrival Clemson Saturday night at Memorial Stadium.
With backups Dylan Thompson and Kenny Miles and a tenacious defense, the Gamecocks (10-2) dominated both sides of the ball to stretch USC's winning streak.
Thompson threw for 315 yards and three touchdowns in just his second start of the season.
The victory also made Steve Spurrier the winningest coach in school history with 65 wins.
