I know "stars" are for fans and evaluations by the staff are what count. In any event, if he's listed as a four star, there obviously aren't any five stars projected for the state next year. How does the overall quality/quantity of in-state talent for next year compare with this year?

Ratings can and will change. There have been numerous posts from the experts stating that 2012 and 2013 were down years. 2014 looks like a better year but that's a long ways off. Time will tell if the talent level can return to 09-11 standards or if it was a fluke. Personally, I think we have had just as good talent as anyone just a matter of getting them signed and coaching them up to their potential.
