Weekly Thoughts: HBC's milestone

That's a good girl, Butters! She's been very solid this year. If I was a betting man, and I'm not, I would definitely go with Butters's picks this week. You are dead on about that Wisc-Ohio St. spread not making sense.

Very good piece on The HBC, WG. I hope people don't lose sight of what he's done, and how he's done it. He will break the all-time wins record at USC in a little more than half the time it took Enright. This is the case even though we play a much, much, much harder schedule now. This is also at a school that has distinct disadvantages in recruiting, and facilities compared to much of the conference. What he has done is amazing, and I hope people appreciate it while it lasts. We are not likely to always have a NC, hall of fame coach on our sidelines.

Am I crazy thinking that Manziel was wearing #2 last weekend? Is this an old pic or something, he's wearing #15...

Our facilities are really 2nd to none these days. Sure the indoor facility isn't great, but what the program has built and has planned, doesn't bow to anyone.

Spurrier is a legend indeed. I guess a lot of the people I know in the upstate that are Clemson fans and down on Spurrier can't really attack what he's accomplished so it resorts to saying he's a jerk or blowing a silly comment at a pep rally way out of proportion. Anyway, proud to have Spurrier at USC!
