George Strait-Entertainer of a Lifetime
where did you hear such rumors...sources
Props to Washington and Colorado for finally breaking through the ceiling and legalizing marijuana.
It will be interesting to see how the feds handle this.

I think he's making a tongue-in-cheek reference to Colorado voting to legalize marijuana, hence Sammy wants to move there now.
Feds have their hands busy with meth, coke, crack, etc.
And the devil's candy-anabolic steroids.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
I'll be yo huckleberry...
Pot heads and various assorted other losers will be heading out.
Does anybody know the particulars of the Colorado initiative? Will cannabis be sold in dispensaries and taxed? Or is it now simply legal to possess in small quantities? There's a lot of money to be made in that there plant.
Santino, c'mere. Whatsa matter with you? Don't ever tell anyone outside the family what you're thinking!

You can possess up to an ounce. You cannot smoke it in public places, however. It's different than in California, in that you don't have to have a prescription, and then go buy your weed at one of those shops. It's legal to possess in small quantities. Buying and selling is a bit of a grey area, I would imagine.
Not Sammy Watkins but I'm thinking about a transfer.
Don't need a script for it, just at least 21.
This talks about growing, selling, distribution, etc. I haven't watched the videos so I don't know what they are.

Before this law was passed, it was fairly easy to obtain anyway. Doctors handed out scrips like candy, just complain of a migraine and you have it. If anything, this will eliminate the cost of doctors visits (the card had to be renewed yearly with a doc's visit) and filing fees for the license but I'm sure the price of the product will skyrocket due to the taxes associated.
If your company drug tests, as mine does, then it doesn't matter if it's legal at the state level or not, still can't puff, puff, pass unless you want to risk a job loss.
And close-minded fools will remain willfully ignorant.
