Read my first post, I'm fine with that. All the way. I think it should be moved to the side and not be out front. Problem is the monument is the next argument. Already happening in NC cities.
Then you and I can stand shoulder to shoulder and go against that happening. But there's too many people that justify one thing by giving them"well if we do that, then what will they complain about?" Its time to do the right thing- the flag should have never been used for political purposes- it should have never been put up to begin with.
I agree. Bring it down for those reasons. Move the monument to the side and be done with it. I couldn't care less about that flag. Honor, respect, and admire those that died fighting for this state and country is all I want. Glad we can agree.
Really great point. I mean it, really, really solid logic.
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
