player who was charged with vehicular manslaughter for DUI that killed other player... yea he's hanging on the cowboys sideline. How can they be this dumb? Seriously jerry jones needs an intervention.

I think it's fairly certain he'll see jail time. His bond was much higher than it would've been for an average Joe. He's still entitled to due process no matter which crime he's accused of committing. Not sure why you think he shouldn't be afforded the same treatment anyone else in his position receives.

If im JJ I let the kid be at practice and with the tam in every way EXCEPT on the sidelines in front of the nation. Let him watch from the locker room or trainer's room.

what did he do? Was he reckless when the accident occurred or was he simply intoxicated? I don't know the details of this situation but I would think that is something to consider. I am not proud of it but there were MANY times that I was DUI and the same thing could have happened to me and that does not make me a POS....just for the record, I no longer drink-at all, and I believe, and am thankful, that God protected me in all of those situations.

Dude he made a mistake. Both guys went out for drinks. When you are intoxicated you don't make the best decisions. You are acting as if his intentions was to kill his best friend. In sure the guy is going through alot and he needs a support system which the cowboys are doing. Man i only hope you support people around you when they make a costly mistake in life.

If you go helmet to helmet they suspend a game and fine you but if you drive 125mph 2x over the alcohol limit and kill your best friend and teammate you can high five on the sideline a few days later.....makes a lot of sense NFL

These are my thoughts also. You shouldn't dessert people when they make mistakes even deadly ones but would not have him on the sideline.
