Yep. Seems like it doesn't matter WHO you vote for, because they are all bad. That's the problem with politics today - they are self selected. We need people who are actually competent and trustworthy, at all levels of government, and that's generally the opposite of the type of people attracted to politics. That, and the laziness of the public, is whats going to bring this country down at some point.

if you can trust a leader, its likely due to them championing one idea or issue to fruition. if you expect one to deliver what you want tied up in a bow, you are in for severe disappointment.

all men have their weaknesses, some more blessed than others in this regard. know what you are getting, ie voting for, and dont expect too much

on the other hand, i dont trust the people much either. not directly anyway. too much mob mentality
