During college years...sleep in, get up and drink something(coke, juice, gatorade), Goody powder, walk down to Lizard's Thicket(used to be one close to Maxcy) and eat pancakes, go to Blatt PE Center and play hoops all day...now I'm cured and ready to eat supper and start drinking again...repeat
Present day...suffer and agonize all night and following day... with no relief...try pepto, goody, even some phenergan if I have some

The night before is critical. If you wake up hungover the only cure is aspirin, tons of fluids and then several bloodies.
The night before, if you're at all coherent, you need to hydrate big time and take Advil before bed. If you can stomach it, slug a few Pedialites. Has the same good stuff as Gatorade without the sugar which contributes to the dehydration.

Perhaps it's placebo, but I eat a spoonful or two of honey before I sleep....that and a bunch of water. I usually wake up peachy keen.
