OT: Best local Mexican food

Would like to hear your favorite(s) and suggestions.
For me personally and granted, I don't eat Mexican alot, but the best I've had is the chicken chimi @ Casalinda's(Harbison)
LOADED with awesomely seasoned chicken....and you get two big ones for 10 bucks. Hell, with the chips and salsa it feeds both me and the gf. Not a bad deal.

Papa's & Beer in the upstate. Simply the very best Mexican food Ive ever had. Service is great! Value is unbelievable and the flautas & fried taquitos are even better. Happy hour margaritas $2.75!
