Sorry man, I missed your point. Your reasoning is good. I have been haviong a difficult week with a case and I do often come over here to read sports stuff to get my mind off the day to day bs the system deals out.

You make a good point about Petrino. I am sick of his name. But just like this case, I took offense to posters that convicted him without all the evidence. He was judged prior to the facts of the investigation coming out. When they finally completed the investigation, ARK acted accordingly. He was proven to be a low life and he was fired. Which makes some posters on this site feel great and claim they were right all a long to judge him but if we don't allow for due process to occur then we are all guilty of giving away our rights given to us by the US Const. I pray that some are never in a position that they are judged as they judged Pentrino before all the facts are known.

    Again, sorry I offend you

Ahhh, don't worry about it. No harm, no foul.

I don't know what happened that night.

    But

The media shows his picture from third grade looking like an angel. But won't portray him as the the man that was suspended from school already three times in one year, once for drugs...and wears a gold grill.

And before you crown me as prejudice or whatever bs you're thinking of.. Ask yourself who's most likely to jump your ass.. The third grade angel, or the drug user kicked out of school three times with gold teeth?

your reasoning doesn't make any sense. regardless what the KID looks like or has done, a GROWN MAN was told to not pursue and allow the authorities to handle it. instead of following directions, he followed this KID, confronted the KID and got into a scuffle with the KID, which lead to his death.

this isn't about the media, black or white or whatever damn color people are labeled or calling themselves these days, it's about common sense, upon which that GROWN MAN apparently doesn't have. the KID's civil rights were violated plain and simple.

had it been my son, people would be talking about me, because I wouldn't have waited for the police to do their job.

Neither of us were there. We don't know what happened. But to your point, had it been your son, he probably wouldn't have been kicked out of school three times in half a school year. He's no angel, who knows what happened that night. An investigation was done and he was released. Once Nancy Grace got on the scene he became a cold blooded murderer

  • he doesn't have to be an angel, but he is still a kid. regardless of whatever trouble he may have got into, he didn't deserve to be tracked, confronted and unfortunately shot and killed by a man who was told to do not give chase.

with me living outside of sanford since Feb, I have heard just about everything in regards to what happened. the lead detective wanted to file charges, but was told to stand down by the chief and the state attorney, who were at the police station before zimmerman got there.

but let's ponder this. zimmerman said the kid broke his nose in the scuffle, but anybody who has ever broken their nose, will tell you that hanging your head down, as zimmerman does while in the police station, is something that you shouldn't do as it hurts worse than a getting punched in it. no blood on his clothes, his clothes wasn't collected, weapon wasn't confiscated and so on. there is so much that many just don't know.

I agree. I support gun rights and the right to self defense, but when police tell you not to follow someone but you ignore them and provoke a confrontation, the claim to self defense really goes out the window.

Not trying to argue, but it wasn't the police who told him not to follow. It was a dispatcher.

see thats the problem so what he wore gold teeth so what he got suspended from school they had nothing to do with zimmerman killing him thats why there was so much outrage about this case because people like you are so quick to pass judgement on someone because of there apperence
