Possibly because the maximum benefit a month is $410 for a family of three($200 for an individual) and your family can't survive on that .
Perhaps because the maximum a month you can make and receive EBT is $1862 a month and you need more than that to live.
And BTW, if Auto Zone sells food or drink that falls under EBT eligibility, why does that stick in your craw more than say, Food Lion or Publix accepting EBT?

They do not. They use the cash portion on their cards. Well,maybe Pennsylvania motor oil. i think it derives from organics.
I am over 70 and can find jobs.There is no shame in honest work. Being a parasite is shameful.

There is no "cash portion" on an EBT card. Just like there is no "Friends of Hamas," Obama isn't Kenyan, Bin Laden really is dead, and the federal deficit has been going down for the last three years, and at the fastest rate in 60 years.
As the late Pat Moynihan said "you have a right to your own opinion, but not to your own facts."

i worked for forty years without complaining about welfare peeps. i paid my taxes, kept my nose to the grim reaper & i sacrificed a good deal of my dignity doing stuff for twits.
as for people on welfare, heck, its a good thing for them to have working automobiles so they can make their drug drops & numbers payoffs
