Spencerz in Surfside (Gamecock games at beach)

  • Spencerz in Surfside Beach re-opened. If there is anybody out there who lives in the Grand Strand area, or who will be at the beach during any of our remaining games, I just wanted to point out that Spencerz has re-opened. As many of you know, finding a place that sort of caters to Gamecock fans among all those Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia folks is not easy, and many venues have shut down recenty.

Spencerz had to move from the spot it was in, but has re-opened behind the McDonalds on Hwy 17 Business, just as you turn right off 544 @ Ocean Lakes. He generally has the pay-per-view games on, so I'm pretty sure he'll have the Wofford one on. Should be a small congregation of Gamecock fans in there, something you'll have a hard time finding at the beach anywhere anymore. Just passing it along.

btw, I'm not a spammer, not do I have any connection with Bill Spencer.

  • Thanks Rooster...there is a good chance I will be at Surfside for the Clemson game so it will be good to know!
