Straws are for snappers, and that includes the hollow drink-stirs that come in alcoholic beverages. These are NOT straws, and no male should ever drink through them. It's an epidemic with guys under 30 now and is embarrassing.

I worked in a couple of restaurants back in the day and you'd be surprised (Steve should know this) at how many drinking glasses come out of the dishwasher with lipstick on them. I drink out of straw at every restaurant I go to.
