Student-athlete debt?

  • Hey guys,
    First post on here. I was wondering if anyone knew of a website or peer-reviewed journal that has any information on the average student athlete (really, football player) debt in the country. I'm doing a research article on paying college football players, and I can't find anything. I thought it would be useful to see what the average football player has in debt at the end of their college career versus a regular college student (who, on average, has between $22-25k debt). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
