If the french buy into that tax rate will that encourage all of America's progressives to say: Gee, what a swell idea, why don't we do something like that?

Do you know if you make 22,400 dollars a year, have three children, you pay no taxes and get 8,000 dollars back in the for of EIC. We already have european socialism in this country.
