Will Romney Have to Bow Out?

  • Mr.NiceGuy said...

Force disclosure you clown. The people giving the money don't have to be disclosed. yet I have to have two forms of ID to vote. What you republicans are saying is you want regulation and disclosure when it comes to votes, but none when it comes to BUYING elections.

How about you act like you have some sense and are able to carry on a civil conversation like the rest of us. Your answer has a lot of holes in it...however, I will not continue with you as you do not have the ability to rationally debate.

He's probably confusing it with the WSJ, I would hope.

That's what I was thinking but I'm not positive.

I know. So mad too. Makes no sense. Obama won. Obama will certainly win again. Obama has done a great job. That's his narrative. Yet he's all pissed off. Head scratcher.

So you blame Obama for a program started under Bush, by an AG appointed by Bush and kept by Obama? Ok, get the f*ck out with you asinine baseless post.

And we haven't lost jobs in the lost 41 months. We are up nearly 3 million. More than was created during the entire Bush presidency.

Cursing is a sign of ignorance, so I will base future responses on that fact.

The unemployment rate as of June 2012 is 8.2%, the lowest it has been since Jan 2009 when Obama took office (7.8% for the record). Yes, over 3 million jobs have been created under Obama but over 4 million have been lost. Basic math tells you we are still in a deficit (4-3=1).

It takes over 159,000 jobs created per month to keep up with population growth, new biz, etc. The average for the last 41 months is less than 130,000. Can you see the deficit ?

Anyone that thinks the NYT is anything but ultra liberal has lost a grasp of reality. It is to liberals as the WSJ is to conservatives.

FYI, Bush ended the program because his AG said it would not work. When you want to have a big boy discussion, calmly, professional and with facts, this board is the place. Otherwise, let the adults continue this discourse.

There is also the issue that the Bush era program that Holder and others referenced was called Operation Wide Receiver. It wasn't the same as Fast and Furious and in that program nobody died.
Holder had to back off of that claim quite fast.

Bear with me DB-42, as I'm an old man … for the sake of clarity.

When Mr Obama says he has created X millions of new jobs, is he referring to private sector business employment in upper or middle management to replace the hundreds of thousands who were laid off due to economically forced downsizing

or is he talking about creating new government sector jobs - new czars and their ancillary staffs

or is he creating service industry jobs where the employee says, "Do you want fries with that?

You know, when I first read your comment about my saying Obama "killed" Bin Laden, I kinda wished I had said "got" Bin Laden rather than "killed" out of respect for Seal Team 6.

Then I realized you're the same pissant who said America is no longer the greatest country in the world in a fit of pique over Obama being President. You're just sore the raid didn't fail, you unpatriotic schmuck.

Stood by a casket. Listened to Taps. Raising a son without his father. Don't talk to me about patriotism and sacrifice. I know all about it. Iraq, 2004. And this country under obama is a shell of what it used to be. And THAT is the sole reason I ever wonder if his loss was worth it. Call me a schmuck if you like, and you are welcome to offer to kick my *#+%# again, but I stand by my assessment of where we stand as a nation. And contrary to your childish assertion, I am delighted Osama is dead, but it pisses the everlasting crap out of me when people like you trivialize the risks and sacrifices of our military heroes by giving obama the credit for killing Osama.

None of us know what the Bush administration's thinking was in starting the program, because Chairman Issa, in his endless drive to get to the truth, refused to call any witnesses or subpoena any evidence from the administration that started the program that Eric Holder ended.

You trivialize the sacrifice of so many Americans over 240 years when you allow your hyper-partisan hate of Obama to lead you to verbally urinate on the graves of the dead by claiming this is no longer the greatest country in the world.

I watched those two lying, draft dodging pieces of pond scum Bush and Cheney march thousands of patriots into an early grave and tens of thousand into a life of pain and disability in Iraq all to raise Halliburton's stock price, while allowing Bin Laden to live comfortably in a mansion, turn the largest budget surplus in US history into the largest deficit and drive us into a second great depression

AND I NEVER THOUGHT FOR ONE SECOND THAT WE WERE STILL ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD.

And my offer to come to your home and personally escort you to the country you think is greater than America applies to the liberal idiots like Alec Baldwin who said the same type of garbage when Dubya was in office, as I pointed out in my initial post on the subject.

And BTW if Dubya and Cheney had allowed our troops to finish the job on Bin Laden a decade ago, he'd of been dead long before Obama took office.

I think it covers everything from hiring a guy to stand on the corner with a "we buy gold" sign to the czars & their staffs.

Of course, since a small business owner did not really create his business -- and the related jobs -- can we actually say Obama did anything ?

Just saw a bumper sticker -- if you voted in 2008 to prove you were not racist, vote in 2012 to prove you are not an idiot. Sounds right to me...

Thank you for your sacrifice & I will pray for peace & comfort in your loss.

Real heroes, like Dev Group, seek no press, no fame. The want-to-be heroes, like Obama and his ilk, always want to take credit for others' sacrifice.

Again, shifting the blame will not work. Eric Holder is a joke. He refuses to prosecute New Black Panther members threatening potential anti-Obama voters in Pennsylvania but goes after states who simply want the federal gov't to enforce the laws (emigration).

Has a lib/Dem ever done anything that you will not defend ?

Unless my memory is gone, a few weeks ago someone stated the same thing about Slick Willy refusing to take bin Laden out & you went on a rant that Repubs always want to blame someone else.

Guess that is OK because, after all, libs are compassionate & conservatives are evil, right?

As usual, you don't know the facts.

The criminal charges against the two members of the "New Black Panther Party" for harassing voters were dropped by the Bush Justice Dept. on January 7, 2009. Thirteen days before Obama took office.

The voters they had been charged with intimidating before charges were dropped were Obama voters.

Holder obtained a civil judgement against one of the men for carrying a nightstick to a poll.

I have quoted President Clinton that he "agonizes" that he could have done more to get Bin Laden.

My "rant" was when one of you righties(I think it was either Tempest of the guy with Clowney in his profile pic), in what has to be a new low, claimed that the Iraq war was Clinton's fault because if he had gotten Bin Laden, Dubya couldn't have used anger over 9/11 to trick America into thinking Iraq had something to do with 9/11 and started the war. fingergun

Keep in mind...those are establishment repubs...always wanting to play it safe...very comfortable just swapping chairs every few years to see who controls the money...so I don't always agree with them. It's really a mute point...the only reason we're talking about it is because the Obama staff DOES NOT want to defend his record and neither do you.

The Obama staff made Rich Lowry, Bill Kristol, Scarborough, and Will say the presumptive GOP presidential candidate should release his tax returns at risk of losing the election?

Had no idea Stephanie Cutter had that much influence.
