Worst live show I've ever been to was when i let a friend drag me to a Sister Hazel show at Rockafellas ... total disaster

Saw Loverboy at 3 Rivers Music Festival awhile back. Dude tried to jam his whole 240lbs into some leather pants. Wish I never worked for that weekend.

I think Rockafellas was the cause of some of these. I saw G Love and Special Sauce there in 1992. They were awful. Just awful.

Yep - I remember way back in the day going to see Sister Hazel there only because they offered me and some fraternity brothers free beer. We were about the only ones in the place. Irony now is i'm a big fan and see them live every time they come through town. They are actually seriously talented guys. Plus the RockBoat was about the best and craziest thing ever concocted and I thank them for that.

Now that you say that - by far the worst i've ever seen was Ratt...much worse than Gnarls Barkley. It was at Starwood Amphitheater in Nashville several years back...one of those hair band shows with Ratt, Great White, Poison, etc. Good gravy they were awful...hands down the worst singer live i've ever heard...it was like they just grabbed some dude from the crowd and let him sing.

I have been fortunate to get to know them a little through the years. Great guys. Glad you like them now. I have not taken them fishing however.

Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young during their heyday were awful in concert. I never heard four guys harmonize so horribly.
Now Pink Floyd sounded as good in concert as their albums.

C'mon man...can't know Sister Hazel and not know the Rockboat. I ended up sick for two weeks after what I did to my body on the first one. That was a long time ago though.

Third eye blind. It is absolutely amazing! That guy cannot carry a tune in a bucket. It is worse than karaoke in a bar at 2 am in pickens. The worst singing Ive ever heard! Its not that he's hoarse or anything, he cannot carry a tune.

Aerosmith. They announced a particular song, another song started playing but was stopped quickly, then they started playing the song they had announced. Very fishy. Not sure if they were lip-synching or what but the sound was terribly mixed, sounded horrible all night.

Even worse than Aerosmith was Hank Williams, Jr backed up Lynyrd Skynyrd. Hank Williams was awful. He was drunk, using profanity constantly, sang out of tune, was so loud it was painful.
Skynyrd was very good.

I saw Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson at Grayson stadium in Sav. Bob didn't impress me much; but he's good on tape and was Jimi's favorite, so he gets a pass! I also won an embroidered Dylan mitt through a local station, so I'm not complaining! My Mom took an elderly lady to the Lucas Theatre to see Willie and got a kiss on the cheek a few years later. There were no secretaries or logs involved...
