Tony, from what I've read it appears short of a miricle ML will miss spring practice and at best "may" be able to play by the beginning of 12. It seems to allow that puts his future at significant risk as clearly he would not be fully recovered, just enought. The same is true for Salley as his injury was also significant and occured somewhat late in the season.
it seems the responsible thing to do is to go with an RB group of Wilds, Carson ( who's injury was less severe and occured a couple months sooner thus likely more healed), Miles, and Bruce. Redshirting ML and KS seems the responcible move as reinjuring a partialy healed knee could end FB for either one.
Do you expect us to hold them out based on our expectations of severity of the injury and recovery time? If not why?
