Tony,
There is a lot of discussion about former BB coach Early and tampering with Harris. I understand and support the need to protect our athletes from being recruited to leave but other than not including NC St in list of schools approved for transfer is there any other recourse available against the school or coach? Would it be viewed as a single secondary violation or equivalent and be essentially no recourse at all? Would we be better off pulling the phone records and going public or just holding to our position and let it die from lack of interest? Any insight on if the HS Coach involved is well connected and respected such that he could cause future problems in NC recruiting or have his own issues in the HS coaching community?
