With the current situation of Ace deciding to go pro, do you see the coaches making a last minute push to get a top tier receiver for this class? Is there anyone you think they have in mind that they can land before the deadline?

We've already made a push for 4 or 5 top tier receivers and missed on each.
Maybe we will change our mind and go after a mid-tier receiver?

I believe you are speaking about Lorenzo Featherston, he is the number 2 prospect in 2014 behind WR Trevion Thompson. According to the information on the website, the Gamecocks have not offered him yet.

Tony -
Consecutive 11-win seasons under a legendary head coach, one of the best defenses in the nation, some of the nicest facilities in the nation, terrific fan support, metro area, the SEC and the two deep at the LB position is practically vacant. Please offer your honest opinion on how in the world S. Carolina does not have the pick of the litter of the very best LB prospects in the Southeast. Instead, the staff is fighting to secure commitments. Also, please offer the same opinion on their inability to lure a top-flight WR to replace Alshon Jeffery. If I were selling it on the trail then that sure seems like the best pitch: "We are looking for our next Alshon." Thanks in advance.

My first "Ask Tony"! What is the current situation with Joe Harris? Also what is/has been going on with Dexter Staley? Haven't heard a thing about him. Is Brandon Goldson still in drama mode or has he qualified for a team yet? Thanks..

With the potential of Bruce not playing next year( regardless of how small a chance) and Ace leaving, what will be the plans now for 13 And 14 wr recruiting, IYO?
Who do you see moving into the two deep at Aces WR position?

What kind of draft grade did Sutton receive? And... Any chance Ace will reverse field again when the coaches return from recruiting? was it an agent telling him he could go in the 2nd round?
