Back in the spring of 2008, before you came to TBS, you gave your thoughts on Carolina's talent level versus that of Clemson. I considered your remarks so insightful that I saved them.
"The recent games have been close because USC has the better on the field coaching staff. Clemson has been deeper, faster and more athletic than USC top to bottom since Spurrier has been at USC. I don't think there is a big difference in the overall talent level of the teams each has returning in '08, but I would still give the overall edge to Clemson, particularly on offense."
Since that time, of course, we have beaten Clemson the last three years straight, each time decisively. I am curious to know your assessment of the two programs' comparative talent levels at present.
You will be in Gaffney on Aug 21st correct? If so, you should come to the reservation when your Trojans open the season against the Indians on the 17th.
Can I get a prediction for that game? What's NW looking like this year?
