Thought I'd post this a little late tregarding last wintrer's announcement by the nation's No. 1 player - Rock Hill (S.C.) South Pointe defensive end Jadeveon Clowney.

- Josh Low, Juan Blas and I arrived at the school. John Whittle was expected to be here as well. The event was being held in the auditorium at the school, and it was very nice facility. Several media members arrived with many more expected. Some school administrators were also there. I am told Clowney was not in class that morning and was expected to arrive at the school just in time for his announcement.

Clowney was expected to choose USC.
