she just posted the story...Its about Pelini and some sailor in the Navy. Its stupid. Nothing really to it.

That had the makings of a juicy story... no pun intended.

Bo Pelini promised some lifelong Husker fan in the Navy that along with a sideline pass for their bowl game, he would be able to call a play against Washington, which he never was allowed to do. The troll Lisa Horne questioned Pelini after the game about it and he fired back "it was a joke!" She is saying that Pelini and Nebraska should have to answer and atone for this "injustice." Rather dumb non-story if you ask me.

Bo Pelini and Steve Sarkisian and their respective teams had lunch on the USS Ronald Reagan as part of the Holiday Bowl festivities. Each gave a game pass and jersey to a sailor. Pelini even said the sailor to whom he gave the gifts, a Nebraska native, could call one play during the game. Sailor Ryan never got to call the play and when Horn asked Pelini about that, he said he was joking about the sailor calling a play. Seriously!?!?!? Who gives a rip???

I wonder if her "Twitter" wrote the story?!!?

Well I just started a sh*t storm on the radio here about the story. I called into Randy, the host who has Lisa Horn on his show occasionally. He called her to say the story wasn't "disturbing" nor a "bombshell." He thought what Pelini did was wrong but just not a big time story. Vets started calling in raising cane saying what Pelini did was nothing and she ought to pen an article on what vets have to endure to secure VA benefits, etc.

I did get a dig in against her and explained the poor reporting she did a year or so ago about SOS, USC, and not knowing the difference btwn JUCO's and prep schools.

That was deserving of a up-vote lol
