10 Carries for 70 yards ...

  • against a stout FSU Defense. That's the last time I saw Kenny Miles play. As a Freshman in 2009 he had 765 all purpose yards.

    I'm sure you all knew all this, but I just wanted to throw it out there because I haven't seen it mentioned in all the talk about his (apparently short-lived) position move.

    Kenny is a badass talent-wise and attitude-wise and I'm pulling for him big time. I have no doubt that if he needed to tote it 20 times in a game he would do us proud.

    He's an SEC RB and he's proven it.

  • Mike davis played great towards the end of his freshman season, doesn't mean boyd wasnt a better option when he came back on the team.

    I love miles, but if carson is out performing him then he needs to get the call. whose to say carson wouldn't have gone for 80 yrds on 10 carries in the same scenario.

    Kenny is a good ball player, but maybe carson is a really good player.

    I'm just saying kenny has proven himself a good SEC RB.

    I only felt the need to bring up his stats from his freshman season and the bowl game becasue i haven't heard them mentioned throughout the discussions the last couple days.

    I'm jacked about carson and all the evidence seems to indicate he is a special player. Just wanted to give kenny the love he's earned. That's all.

    again you have missed the point. I am not making a case kenny should start over carson or anyone else. Nor am I making the point he is a good RB.

    I am laying out his accomplishments because i haven't seen anyone else do it in the hundreds of kenny-related posts over the last couple days.

    He's a good kid and he's been a good player for us and I'm just showing my dude some love. I'm sorry that is troubling for you. Maybe you could just ignore this thread from here on out.
