Adams or Roland?

  • Who has the most receiving yards this year, and who has the most TD's? I think both are big contributors this year, much more than what was expected out of both of them this year. I say Roland on receiving yards, I think the kid has big time talent. Adams on TD's, I feel he's going to be the go-to in the end zone. What say you?

  • Roland on yards

    Adams on TD's

  • Agreed. I just get the feeling that Roland is going to have a year similar to Sidney and Alshon did. When guys can catch the ball with their hands like he can, it is just really hard for college DB's to defend.

Also, he can run with the ball better than either of those two could.

Throw in the fact that his leaping ability equalizes the height differences, dude is gonna be big time.

  • Adams with both. Adams is going to be open more hence get more balls thrown his way.

You could definitely be correct as well. Interested to see how much time these two get on the field.

  • I love answering questions like these, it seems not all that long ago that we were searching for a playmaker, now we are discussing which one is better. I'll go with Roland, based mostly upon SOS's history here with WRs putting up the biggest numbers. I do think Adams has a big year as well, but I feel like he won't be on the field as much as Roland. Remember we do have questions at WR, but at TE we have, I dare say, an overabundance of talent with guys like Cunningham(the most solid), Buster, Adams, Owens and Rainey. I mean dang, I feel like we have more receiving threats at TE than WR(ok half joking but you get my point). it's nice to have this "problem" of picking between who has a better season. I think either way its a win-win.

  • Each one will benefit from the others success, in my opinion, as it relates to different coverages. I was impressed by both of them last night at the scrimmage.
