you can say "i do not like to make fun of people with special needs" all you want, but you just did. And even with prefacing your picture with that comment it was still uncalled for. My cousin is one of the best people I know, he's 26 and has down syndrome and is the hugest gamecock fan. So don't think that prefacing something like that makes it ok to post, it doesn't.
