Anything cool to do in Denver?

I've got to go to Denver in a few weeks for 5 days for work and was wondering if anyone knows anything cool to do out there in my free time? Any good restaurants or bars?

My wife and I spent a weekend in Denver last Spring and had a blast.
I would definitely utilize the bike share program. It's cheap and easy. And unlike many larger cities (speaking from the point of view of Dallas resident), cyclists and motorists tend to get along decently well there from what we saw.
The area around Coors Field is fun. If you like beer the Great Divide brewery tour and tap room is worth visiting. It's in that same neighborhood.
We had a really nice meal at a restaurant close to downtown named Fruition.
Little hand says it's time to rock and roll.

Go see Red Rocks Ampitheater. Well worth the short drive. If you are lucky and they have a concert during your visit-attend!
Although small,top Stars appear because they love the setting.

What Macklin said is true - take a 30 minute ride to Boulder.
Also, the Coors plant in Golden is just west of Denver and is very cool. The beer is actually quite good because it's fresh.
Most of Denver is boring though.

If things stay as they have been the past month, take big trains advise and head for the hills.....
As mentioned by previous posters, Red Rocks (30 min) is pretty cool (James Taylor and Florence and the Machines are the only acts at this venue that week). Can't go wrong with a Rockies game, loads of bars around the stadium. If you are a country music fan, Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw are in town. Blackhawk (45 min) is fun if you are into low max betting. Boulder (30 min) is much nicer when the co-eds are in town! Coors is a sight to see, very old. If you are into beer, tons of micro brews up and down the front range. At least 7 small to medium breweries in Fort Collins (hr away), plus an Anheuser facility. If you have free time, I would say get a car and head up to the mountains.....

Go for dinner at the Buckhorn Exchange. Authentic old-time Western establishment (Buffalo Bill ate there). Great atmosphere, very good food. I had a buffalo prime rib that was one of the best pieces of meat I've ever eaten.

A) don't take a cab to and from airport. 70ish something bux each way. It's unreal.
B) go to boulder. One of the coolest and most liberal cities I've ever been to.
C) pray there is a decent show at red rocks. Got voted last year as #4 place in world to see a show. Magical doesn't do it justice. Seen Widespread 3 times and allman brothers/ratdog/warran Hayes once.
