There's very little difference between playing in Orlando at 1 pm on New Year's Day and playing in Tampa at 1 pm on New Year's Day.

The relative prestige of the two bowls means very little; both are a notch below the BCS bowls.

Let's assume Georgia loses 31-21. We stay ranked at 12 and they are now ranked 15 (for arguments sake). There is no way the Cap One takes a lower ranked UGAy team that we beat, so let's assume they take Arky (the highest ranked team). It says above that "the Cotton gets its choice from the SEC West while the Outback has a selection from the East." From all the talk it seams the Cotton does not HAVE to take a team from the West; which is correct?
