Best College Stadiums

Came across this "article" today on Facebook. This guy ranks Clemson as the number one stadium in the country with USC at 55 behind historic venues like the stadiums of Nevada and Western Michigan.
He must have written it this morning.

- He's an Ohio State alum
- Ranks Clemson's stadium # 1
- Says that the most memorable game he has attended was a high school state championship.
- Favorite conference is the Big East
It would only makes sense that an article written by him wouldn't.

Lame...doesn't name any fact of how it's the best stadium except that the fans are passionate? I'd think the best stadium would be the one that looks the best, has the best features, scoreboard, tailgating atmosphere etc...Probably top stadiums should include LSU, Bama, Michigan etc...Not "death valley"...they might be top 40..I would take WB all day over DV, especially with new scoreboard...once the farmers market is done and they fix the outside facade it'll be a top 20 venue.

Ridiculous. I am not suggesting that WB should be a top 10 venue, but that list is so completely wrong, I wouldn't know where to start. I'd probably delete the whole thing.

that article is ignorant. DV cant compete with half of the stadiums in the sec and big 10. and WB is 55....... ok

i've been to just about every venue we have played in, north from west virginia, to miami in the south. east to ecu, and west to lsu, arkansas in fayetville and little rock. in my opinion, florida is the best, hands down. second auburn. to tell you the truth, some of the coolest places were like arkansas and miss state. but that is because all the gamecock fans there, made them so awsome. jmho.

The other highly ranked venues are pretty impressive.

I couldn't find his criteria anywhere. It would be my opinion if you were to rank a stadium based on:
Game day experience
aesthetics/amenities/setting
parking/ease of entry/exit/etc
home field advantage
history
The taters would be around ten in my opinion. Prettty stadium in a nice setting. That's about it. I'd say we're probably around 20.
