Despite "rumors" Byers will play either position in college, whichever he is needed at. DT or DE. He's got a really good frame and is very athletic. He is a very underrated player.

i have yet to see this athleticism everyone is talking about. he is rather stiff, and not as fluid compared to dixon jr.

I don't disagree, but wasn't he hurt all year? That might be part of the issue.

He was injured much of the season, but played through it. He put up very impressive #'s against great competition.

ight, i will see if i can find some film on him as a jr. i think carolina needs to look at the rb for northwestern, long. he was only a soph 5'11 190 already and he is about to start working with a good speed coach.
