Citadel Game on ESPN3?

Thought I read here that it was PPV only. Per ESPN, the game is on Game Plan as well as ESPN3.

Direct TV. com list the game, but says it is unavailable for the next 14 days - whatever that means.
You can buy a half season of ESPN Game Plan for $75, but I didn't check to see if it was blacked out nor have I called to see if the game could be purchased individually.
Location: Spartanburg, SC
I can't attend, so it's ESPN 3 and tivo the replay Sunday night it looks like.

It makes no sense but even if you have the Game Plan package you would have to purchase the game on PPV. I found out the hard way about 3 years ago.

You CAN purchase if you have dish. It is $34.99... Says only available in South Carolina. I will be listening to it on 107.5, The Game.
