Clempson has two 5 star players and they both smoke weed..

  • Why would any parent send their kid there??

    Gville Chicken

  • I don't want to be the guy to break it to you, but 50-75% of college football players smoke weed.

That's true but how many play Football and have to take random drug test and have a chance to play in the NFL?

He said 50-75% of FOOTBALL players. Which is being conservative. It's very common. Not sure how they all pass drug tests though.

  • Are you kidding.. man they have it going on. Just ask Clemson professor of organic chemistry John W. Huffman. It's got to be a great recruiting tool to sell he fact that their Department of Biological Sciences created synthetic cannabis.

Give it time. By the time the Wizard of Oz is done pushing buttons and twisting knobs behind the urnge curtain, and the purple smoke of illusion has dissipated, they will have "allegedly" smoked it, and the theme from "Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood" will be heard playing from all the ice cream trucks roaming the streets up there.

As for the arresting officer, well, his services will no longer be needed...

  • 50 to 75% of college football players? More like 50 to 75% of college students in general smoke pot...

Let's just say its not necessarily a surprise when they have to take the test.

  • Espn the magazine did a piece on college football players smoking weed and it's everywhere. They interviewed a Oregon football player who said half his team smoked. Said its better than drinking bc no hangover to fight with. Hate clempson with great pride, but smoking weed is everywhere; wether its college students or athletes...remember it was in Columbia after the Arkansas game a couple years back that a gold medalist swimmer got busted with photos doing it...

But only one school (I'll give you a hint, It's the school in Clemson SC) is in denial that ONLY other schools have that problem. They sell themselves on being "God's Country"/ Family Town.

A large % of college students and players smoke weed. Does it look good for them? No. Is it an indictment on that school? I wish I could say yes.

One thing we can all agree on is Sammy Dropkins 100% smoked it, and Abo has spent a lot of time curled up in the fetal position sucking his thumb beside his mama in bed at night as a result.

Why? Because in most cases, not only is Klempsin paying the athlete, but the parents as well.

CJ Spiller's Mom is a prime example of this. She was very upset about the reports she was receiving from CJ shortly after his arrival at Klempsin, & the sudden change in Rev. Tammy. The foul language he used at practice seemed out of character for him considering the way he presented himself while visiting in their home. (The Preacher Religion pitch he used. Even identifying himself as an Ordained Minister.) She called numerous times to speak with Rev. Tammy to voice her complaints, but he would not return her calls. It was only after she threatened to remove her son from Klempsin that he spoke with her, & all reports are that he was very rude. She was just before bringing him back home when suddenly things went quiet for awhile. The next time she spoke, she had nothing but complimentary things to say about Rev. Tammy & Klempsin, & how there was no better place for her son to be.

Better? Tell that to my buddy who just got through radiation and chemo treatments for throat cancer. He smoked a little everyday and lives in Cali as well.

the reason they pass is because it is not true that most smoke pot. most are dedicated and care about their bodies and how good they can be.
