Clemson Workout video

After watching this I feel even better about November. Look like the most they squat is 225 or 250 with chains, with bad form to boot. A lot of power cleans with 135. All the agility work is sped up.
Compare the this to the video we put out a few weeks back and it should be obvious why we have been beating them lately.

The guys benchpressing-I guess that's what they were doing, were "thowing there hips into it" and arching their backs BIG TIME! It's no wonder they have so many strength and injury issues. Somebody used a good word earlier-PATHETIC!!!!

Agreed. A lot of poor form and technique in that video, especially bench press. I hope none of those guys get injured.
