Let's face it, this situation would have been scrutinized within an inch of its life had it been a Carolina star football player. Can you imagine?

    Yeah, can you imagine if it was Clowney it happened to? The shitstorm would be of epic proportions and every state and local news agency would be clamoring for video and talking about the arrest on every broadcast. Also would be page one of every sports page. And he's not even a Heisman candidate like Watkins.

    They will eventually get the tape, but I would bet that part of it will be tampered with. Anything embarrassing will somehow be wiped clean.

  • I think the real issue here is when does the arresting officer get fired from the Clemson P.D.? I fully expect there to be some sort of plea bargain ( plead no contest in return for hundreds of community service hours). Expect everything to get expunged from his record and the files to be sealed. I'm no legal eagle but I have to believe this is not the 1st time Moo-UUU has protected on of their own in this fashion. I'm sure they are just sticking to the playbook. The fact Sammy Dropkins is so "high" profile is the thing thta has given this story any legs. By the time they play Auburn in their opener, this case will be at the bottom of Lake Hartwell (like all the others).

    The arresting officer will end up leaving his job. He will have been blacklisted. Prolly moved to a desk job so he cannot possibly embarrass Moo-UUU again.

    I can't recall all the tater players names now, but if Dwayne, (we be done smoked it) Coleman, & the kid from Allendale can get away with possession of drugs & never miss a game, then I have no doubt that Dropkins will never miss a single down this season. Not to mention the tater thug who was dealing within a short distance of an Elementary School. As I recall, he never missed a game either.

    As for the arresting officer, I doubt he will ever attempt to arrest another tater athlete. That is if he still has a job when this is over with. It's really sad that a Police Officer will more than likely be punished for doing the right thing. But this is just another example of the lies that Rev. Dildo tells to the parents of impressionable kids about what a wonderful, safe, family oriented place that Klempsin is.

  • I've heard that Sammy has already enrolled in PTI. This comes from a tater who is a lawyer in Pickens. Unless the NCAA decides to investigate the pills or the car then likely nothing will come of this. TIFWIW
