Cody Waldrop Article

I don't subscribe to The State and never will unless they have major changes there, but I picked up a loose copy at the Thicket this morning and read a great article about Cody Waldrop. He's described in the article as 6'3", a healthy 300 something pounds with a great work ethic. It had the following quotes from his high school coach (they were the Florida 6A State champs), "He's slapped together really well. He brings toughness to the offensive line. He's not going to back down against anyone. He's a big body who can run and move." Also said strength has never been an issue for him, can already bench 425. This is a 3 star that I'm really looking forward to seeing. I love what we're doing with our offensive and defensive line talent.

Yeah, he seems. To be the real deal. A mauler with a mean streak. he and Harris could really make a nice duo. Add Kyle Harris to that mix along with Patrick and Cann and we could have some real road graders.

I read the article in The State. The writer painted a very positive picture of Waldrop. I think he'll prove to be a solid addition to Coach Elliot's OL.

Cody's got that country strength. He's going to be another TJ Johnson I believe, except he may actually be better.
