he was Brownell's only 4* recruit at Clemson.
Not a huge surprise, Sullivan was undersized as a four and to slow to play the three.
I watched him a good bit his final AAU season and was not sold he could play the wing at the high level.
Hearing Davidson is a possible destination for him.

Davidson would be a nice landing spot. McKillop is one helluva coach who could have left years ago for larger programs but chose not to because he loves where he is at. He gets the most out of what he has and his system is conducive to these type of players. Plus.....much better education at Davidson......
Uhhh....He went to Clemson...he doesn't care about his education.
If he is considering Davidson, he must care. You do not get in there unless you have some smarts, regardless of whether you are an athlete or not.
You also need a pedigree - though they may have made an exception for an athlete. I've known them to reject National Merit Finalists.
You don't achieve the success in hoops they have by limiting yourself to legacies.
Why do you believe he's undersized as a 4?
I wonder if he's one of those guys listed at 6'7" but he's actually 6'4"? Barkley was 6'7" his entire career....only he wasn't.
6'6 guy that can't play above the rim and is not physical enough to bang with other ACC level players down low.
Got to have one of those two skills, be really athletic or be physical and knock people around.
guesst he rating service missed on this one.
Don't get me wrong, I don't think he is a horrible player but I haven't looked to see who had him at four-stars but I would have argued that.
Personally I thought he was closer to a mid three star and would have been a good fit at a Charlotte or College of Charleston or a mi-major program of that type.
My first thought was, "Who in the hell is Bernard Sullivan?"
