Staff can't stand Corey. It's that simple. They have limited schollies and have other players ahead of Christian and aren't going to kiss Corey's ass after all the crap he's spewed over the years.
Left to right: Reed and Blondie,
easier to just write tampon IMO
I think we need a cage fight!!! Or would that be too much like putting two ostrich's in a sleeping bag and seeing what happens?
It's either that or whip'em boys for a measurement.
With less than 15 scholarships to hand out, we don't want both Miller and BAW -- that should be painfully obvious to everyone. And our coaches clearly like and want BAW more as a player and must feel pretty dang good about landing him. And if we don't then we might look pretty dumb down the road. But we have to be selective with the limited space we have -- and given what I've read and seen, I'd rather have BAW than Miller.
Maybe it's because the coaches get paid millions to evaluate that and you're just a peeon
Carolina does not want Christian Miller because his dad is a big mouth radio host who constantly trashes Spurrier Jr and other Carolina coaches. Size/Scheme/Fit/yadda/yadda/Yadda are just nice ways of saying FK YOU COREY.
Christian Miller is not a make or break player. Carolina will recruit someone very similar if needed and will be fine.
Corey will do what he always does.....talk crap about Spurriers staff and players. Meanwhile Spurrier is doing pretty damn good IMO.
Congratulations to Christian Miller. Fine player who has committed to a big SEC school. Well done Christian.
It seems to me the only reason that Miller is not at USC is his dad. His dad would cry on the air anytime he disagreed with what was going on in the program.
Also, teams like to keep some things a secret, and I have no doubt Corey would fail to use discretion concerning the inside information he would find out through his son.
Those are legitimate reasons not to bring him in the fold, even though I'm sure he is a great kid.
