could you please give it a rest with the breeding of contempt around here
given all the hubhub from the other day; it'd be great if we could go a week or two without the unnecessary antagonism
Relax. The board has folks in place to police stuff. When in doubt blow a shrill whistle and BigAl will take over. Mpcoan is about the least antagonistic guy around. Unless you're totally devoid of a sense of humor.

I eagerly await Miller younger's commitment to"x" and this board's eagerness to congratulate him on his decision.....
i seem to recognize a pattern of mpcoan throwing unprompted elbows at other people
i dont mind sarcasm and the like .. i will chill about it
I don't even know where I am
i hope miller commits
fwiw, i think you'd fit into this category a bit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confirmation_bias
and how about laying off a little of the complaining about complaining that hasn't occurred yet
it is kumbaya week after all
the katy perry tits help you stand out to others
They're real...and they're spectacular
I heard his rant. He came strait out and said he wanted us to make a run at Rumph and "bring him home and pay the man". Said that Adams would still be there if Rumph turned us down. Gave the hire an "F". Made fun of his wikipedia page, and the college in arkanas he coached at that he never heard of.

Couldn't you get rid of him?
how would i get rid of that moron?
I wonder if Corey has the balls to say that to Deke's face when his son goes down for a visit. Dude is a loud mouth joke that has his own agenda. If something does not fit his agenda he thinks it is crap.
can you say Jimmy Clausen
Maybe after several more 10 win seasons, the fan base will improve our collective self esteem and won't be personally offended by every critical word said about our program. I doubt it, but maybe.
The rug really tied the room together, did it not?
Who is Corey Miller? Never heard of him.
As others have posted, I hope the kid picks another school. Corey already knows more than any coach in the history of football and it will only ramp up when his son does not start from day one or gets jumped on by a coach. Corey has 3 hours every day to fill and you can bet it is going to be filled with complaining about his poor son getting screwed when he picks a school.
Best thing for everyone would be for the kid to go to FSU or some other team we don't play.
i listen to the show when i can so i know i miss a lotta stuff, but this ^^^^^^^^is not how i would characterize miller's take on things. i agree with Cm on we dont know yet what kind of teacher adams will be but we do know Sc lost a great one. he suggested lawing had done a great job with clowney while adams is an unknown. critisized the label of "top ?# recruiter"....and how anybody could determine that award (fair point)
the only thing i heard him say about rump was that he is not leaving bama/ forget about it etc
agrre with a thought ITT that we need to collectivly toughen up as a fanbase....these radio guys throw out obligatory, anti-team stuff sometimes just so as to not be a blind homer.
If Miller were covering other schools as an alum, I don't think the university or the fans or the local media would tolerate his negativity. Toughen up all you want, but he's kinda like Morris, IMO. Guy needs to go.
he's like morris, but dummer
I feel like this too - seems he would be a thorn in the coaches side to say the least and I know he would air all his grievances over the airwaves. One of the most unprofessional things I have ever heard was when he got on the airwaves and lambasted the head coach at Spring Valley HS in a 10 minute diatribe that should have gotten him fired. He had another son playing for that coach at the time. Obviously the coach's side of the story was never known.
That being said, his son may be a great guy and I guarantee you our staff knows about dad and what they would be deaaling with.

maybe i missed a lotta trash from him (i dont listen to him very regularly) but the things i heard from him did not match the post i responded to
fair enough^^^ going forward, i will either listen closely or keep my comments to myself. im aware of his stance on redshirt Clowney, the high school coach thing from a while back etc but i have respected his opinions too. he calls it like he sees it (darrin horn, clem etc) and is usually pretty accurate.
ive not heard a radio persn yet that i always agree with and like. another person on that channel has argued tooth and nail that uga ddnt back into the secc games by virtue of schedule
edit..i cant think of one single redeeming quality of ron morris...if Cm had a hard on for slamming SC like ron, i would not defend him at all..FWIW
