I've always thought the cleats were particularly dangerous. Have you seen the injuries inflicted by those things? Sneakers would be safer.

Easiest way is to stop tackling, then you wouldn't have people flying in with their head... Or their shoulders.

Look I know they're not getting rid of face masks, I was trying to make a point about kids using their helmets as weapons.
Might work as long as the ncaa clears the way for free dental care and face reconstruction after graduation.
