My wife, son and I are headed to Gatlinburg next week. Where should we eat?
Olive Garden, the one there was damn good.
"Remember whose side you're on, regardless of the outcome."
Def the applebarn +1
at Dolly's place.
I've gotten a few votes for the Applebarn. I'll make sure we give it a try. Thanks for the recommendations!

If renting a cabin we always get some good meat and grill out. Nothing beats grilling out with a beer in the mountains imho.
We are renting a cabin. Good idea!
You are speaking my language.
The Peddler has a great salad bar and good steaks in Gat.
The Chop House is good at the outlet mall.
Apple Valley for breakfast is better than their lunch or dinner.
Great apple turnovers for a snack at Apple Valley Pastry Shop. Hot with ice cream is awesome..
Applebarn has an incredible breakfast. Make the drive down Chapman Hwy to the Ye Olde Steakhouse. Steaks are about 28oz and they deep fry them in hot peanut oil for a few min and throw em back on a wood fired grill. Could not finish the New York strip I had. My girlfriend works in the PR dept for Dollywood so I have run those roads. Smoky Mtn Candy Kitchen has incredible chocolate in downtown Gburg. Go to Cades Cove for a great view of wildlife and old churches, mills, cabins etc. Ate with Fat Fulmer at that little Bistro in Sevierville once and it wasn't bad. He actually was kind of fun Guy believe it or not. Sam and Andy's deli is awesome if you happen to fly into Knoxville. Allegiant Air has a seasonal flight out of MB that I used to take that was as low $50 with tax. An hour direct to Knoxville was nice. Chop House is pretty good at the outlets.
Calhoun's (one in downtown Gatlinburg and another in Pigeon Forge). Best ribs on the planet.
Apple barn is awesome. The old mill restaurant is also great. They both have great country cooking.
No Way Jose's for mexican! One in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge
In Gatlinburg, I like Best Italian Restaurant and Smokey Mountain Brewery (try the beer sampler).
Definately have to eat here
I live in the area, and work quite a bit in PF, Seviereville, so here you go: Apple Barn, Alamo Steakhouse, Chop House
Old Mill, especially for breakfast, but food and service are great anytime. Definitely a must, along with the Chop House.
do not go to Corky's BBQ place is turrrible

I appreciate all of the input!!
I have to second the Alamo Steakhouse...one of the best steaks I've ever had.
Huck Finns, in Pigeon Forge.
