I made the drive up 95 to Greenville, NC for the East Carolina/Houston game Saturday afternoon. A good friend was inducted into their Athletic Hall of Fame. What a nice place. I wish i had made that trip back in the 80s and 90s when we played them up there. Don't we play them up there in 2015? Really nice area for tailgating but the atmosphere was much like Vanderbilt or maybe Wake and NC State in the old days. Really laid back and casual.
Left early and listened to the Florida and Tennessee games on XM on the way home, made it back in time to see a good bit of the Georgia/Ole Miss game, and all of the Alabama/LSU game. Low stress, high enjoyment. I used to hate when we had byes, but now I don't mind so much.
Homecoming at The Citadel. Finally fell on a good weekend because I usually am forced to miss the Arkansas game because of it.
I spent the off weekend in Cola/Lexington for a good friends weeding festivities and it was by far one of the most amazing weddings I have ever been apart of. Congrats to JungleCock on marrying his soulmate.
Went to Boston for opening night. Got beat down my Milwaukee
At least there are people smart enough to get married on a bye week. Getting married in the south in the fall should be illegal.
For me, moved out of my apt into my girlfriends house...
Elliott "Small" Fry
Got a little work done around the yard and house, watched a lot of football, and got a head start on the VIP Room and some other projects for this week. Spent yesterday in NC at a baseball showcase. It was nice to relax a little! I don't know what I'm going to do with two bye weeks next year.

If I am not at our game then I am in the woods, spent the day the deer hunting, did not kill anything but time, mother nature is a beautiful lady. Football on tv that evening, nearly a perfect day.

"Act like you've been there before and expect to be back." - Bear Bryant
With my better half watching the other games. It was great to relax and not worry so much about the Gamecocks. I will admit I missed it. Looking forward to game day Saturday. Gooooo Gamecocks!
went to Black Mountain with some friends to burn up some brain cells and have some laughs. Great weekend without the stress that comes with watching our Gamecocks play.
Fear the Fish
Drinking and attempting to overtake a 5 year olds birthday bounce house. Like a pack of wolves they took me down.
completely rearranged my house and cleaned it like crazy in the process.
I must admit... it was somewhat nice not to pace the house like a lunatic.

Spent time with the girlfriend... which doesnt happen that often bc she is in Med School at USC and I still live in Charleston. We went out to dinner, finally saw Argo, and went to a little get together at a mutual friends house for the 2nd half of the bama/lsu game. It was a really good day.
My Girls Fastpitch 14U Travel Team - The Pendleton Blacksox - won a Tournament in Easley. My Daughter was 16 for 19 with a HR ( over the fence ), 4 Triples, 3 Doubles.
I ran the Rock n Roll Savannah Half Marathon with Team in Training to benefit the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. Raised some money, made some good friends and had a great time in Savannah supporting a great cause. I encourage anyone thinking about doing an endurance event, triathlon, marathon, half marathon etc to look into Team in Training. It was an amazing experience and something I will never forget.
