We can't lose the crown jewel of the class
Better get another recruiter on him now.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
George Strait-Entertainer of a Lifetime
He's gone. Start crying.
As you start so many of your posts when people make what seem to be ignorant plats to you, "Ummmmmmmm" the recruiter you want us to take off of him is the one that got him to come back to the fold after Graham left.
Don't feed the troll!
Again you are reading intent that isn't there. If you haven't read between the lines as of yet, I can't help you. I'll blame Elliott if we lose him, if he doesn't re-engage and take ownership. We lost Rollin because a certain coach didn't take ownership and Elliott didn't re-engage, IMO. I think your man crush has you not reading clearly.
IMO Elliott still owns this loss, but there is another issue here.
You need to give it a rest. This is why people need to not take recruiting so seriously. They either win with us or lose against us.
I've sent you a pm. Can you tell us more?
I'm no expert, but will send you what I sent someone else earlier
Okay. Thanks for clarifying. Did Rolin or Elliott tell you that? Was it Spurrier? You really don't know what happened, but you continue to place blame.
You blamed him before you got the now infamous PM. You acted like you had solid info when you did not.
You are acting like a petulant child by going on every thread saying it was Elliott's fault. I'm acting like one replying every time trying to defend him.
I'll let it go. Wins, rushing yards, scoring offense, etc. will ultimately prove if he is a good coach. At this point, they all point to significant improvement since his arrival. No need in me defending him any longer. Will just let the record speak for itself from now on.
And yes. I do greatly admire anyone that helps the University I attended succeed in football. I've invested far too much money and emotional energy into the program. Too late to take that back now. Since I have, I'll continue to admire those that have helped make USC successful at an unprecedented level.

I never got the PM in question, and my info, although vague and not something I would have understood until this came to light came from two assistant coaches. I had no direct knowledge, but am putting pieces together based on comments made not just to me in previous discussions. I said before and will say again, I may be wrong, but I still feel Elliott owns this, just as much as the other party involved. Who the other party is, is pure speculation on my part.
Elliott is carrying more than his weight in recruiting. Part of the issue is how much weight he is having to carry. He can only do so much within the rules.
If this is true then SOS needs to lay the booooooooom and get asst coaches recruiting their arse offfff....
Ward and Mangus say hi. I think those two actually pull more or at least equal to Elliott he ain't the lone wolf pops would like you to believe. They so need more help though, losing Graham hurt a lot. I think we need one more good recruiter on this staff and don't think one of the other guysis going to have the light come on. Think a change is going to need to happen.
The SEC is too tough a conference for ANY staff member to not pull his weight. Cut looooose any one that is not up to par....
