Top to bottom I think this class will end up being a very very productive and good class a few years down the road.
I think you are pretty dead on with that assessment. There are some very good athletes with very good attitudes in this class. That is a pretty good mixture.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.
Addressed ALL of our needs with solid, high character guys! There will be some elite stars that will emerge from this class too.
Now, other than Vickers who's a likely placement we need sweat out a few qualifying.
Walton and Moore were nice late, needed additions.
Griffin and Bryant are the obvious headliners with Kelsey the biggest difference maker down the road.
Overall looks to be a solid class, not great, not good considering we've come off back to back top 10 finishes...but solid. Losing Langley hurt, but you never get em all and occasionally a defection. However I'd rather swap Griffin for Langley as games are won/lost up front.
A lot of serious potential
This.....BTW I had the TV on in the office all day plus the radio. Difficult to work. Next year I am taking off.
Agreed. Reminds me a lot of last year's class. Not a lot of sexy names but all needs have been filled, built depth at some other positions. Stocked up on big uglies on both sides of the line. With all the 2014 talent interested in USC I think we can land a top ten class next year. Hopefully we can manage another 10 win season, but with all loses on D I am expecting a bit of a drop off.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass, and I am all out of bubble gum.
I disagree on the sexy names part
Mitch, Bryant, Rogers, Williams,Park are some big names and we went outside the state to do it during a down year in state.
Langley is the only big miss imho of the class
fair enough, but they're not lattimore/clowney sexy. again I really like this class and think the staff did a great job of closing, and SOS jr is the best recruiting coordinator ever.
Not at all trying to start an argument, but I think our schedule is easier this year and we should be able to go at least 10-3. Maybe I am drinking the Kool Aid. Love some feedback. Not looking to be bashed just my opinion.

I think there are some stars in this class. There will be some guys on here who's names will be plenty sexy by the time they are juniors. Spurrier and Co. always find a serious, serious "ball player" or two, as he likes to call them, and this class is no different. They have high expectations for David Williams, who is pretty sexy-no homo, imo. Larenz Bryant, Kelsey Griffin, Na'ty Rodgers, and Connor Mitch are pretty big names, also.
I don't think we should sell this class short. I think it is another great bunch of evaluations of very good athletes who have very good attitudes. That makes this class "great", to me. I'm very excited about the future.
I certainly think 10 wins is possible but we are losing 7 to 8 starters depending on if you count AA as a starter. Plus 4 more on contributors on two deep on defense. We also may not have any returning WRs I'm not counting BE since he hasn't said he'll be back. Those are big time losses so dropping back to 8 -9 wins is also a real possibility
Agree on your point about schedule
I give it a B+.
Only missing piece was getting one great WR (Mike Williams would have been nice)
Everything else was great.
But thats rare
