I was raised in NC like Spain. I left for undergrad and law school, and it absolutely was the best decision for me. USC is the closest school to Charlotte and there is essentially no difference in academics; we have some better schools than they do and they have some better schools than we do.

Not surprising that everyone is getting their panties in a wad over another 16- or 17-year old kid. Happens every year. Regarding the academics talk, that's the same BS every B-student football recruit barely cracking 1,000 on his SAT says. If they weren't great high school football players, the majority of them couldn't even gain regular acceptance to pay full tuition at the universities recruiting them. If he's looking for a reason to go to another school, who really gives a damn what excuse he tries to make? It's just not worth worrying about.

On another note, what's going on with the Spurnotes this week? Was that plan just very short lived?
