When the incidents occurred is irrelevant to whether a problem exists or not. Just because one(myseld included) controls the situation doesn't mean a problem doesn't exist.

Dude, you were the one screaming up and down he was coming to Carolina until the minute he committed to Florida bc of your "sources". You have zero credibility on this subject.
Oohhhh, the ol take what someone said, twist it to fit your personal bias and go out of your way to comment on it.
Cool attitude, brah.
Pretty clear he was trying to turn this away from a mud slinging contest and not act better than anyone because he knows the details.
What about (Robert Quinn) the kid that ended up going to UNC? Wasn't he a Lawing recruit?

Definitely don't need to prove myself and what I know to you but if you doubt I don't know what happened ask JC or Tony. Just no need to put out crap that can't do anyone any good...
Me, Tony, Jc and everyone in the know at that time had every reason to believe that Dunlap was coming. It really doesn't matter at this point but I can assure you and the insiders on this board will tell you I know what happened with the whole process more than I care to... Like I said it would do no one any good to rehash and bring out stuff that didn't matter but to be told I didn't have a clue is way wrong.. Oh and remember the two recruiters for Dunlap were BL for USC and Charlie Strong for UF.... And people ask me all the time why I don't post like I use to...smh
I appreciate any info you add to the board but let's be honest about your handling of the Dunlap situation. Nobody made you promote him and his impending commitment like an earth shattering event but you did it, you were wrong, and got what was coming to you. The less you say about it, the better. No reason to try to reduce the level of your inaccuracy by throwing it out there that others were wrong too. They didn't promote it like you did. You single handedly created a message board meltdown unlike anyone I've ever seen.
Posts like this make me laugh. JBK's "Bigger Things to Come" threads were some of the most fun and most read posts/threads I have seen on Gamecock boards, ever. They got people excited and into recruiting even more. Noone is ever going to be right on recruiting all the time. I don't understand why some people can't understand that. It is because of reactions like yours that we do not have has many insiders providing us with information like they used to. If you follow recruiting you need to learn how to be disappointed about developments as well as being excited about them. Some of the new recruitnuts are missing out on a lot of the fun we used to have on these boards. I would be the first to welcome "Bigger Things to Come" back to this board.

you must like fairytales
He basically blew it. Called Dunlap when he was drunk and his family found out about what he said to him. He tried to ride him like he does the players in practice and used poor language
Carlos did not take it well and ended up at Florida
Basically shows his true colors with some assistance of booze and cost us a top recruit
What is wrong with someone reporting information they have and being excited about it? In a fairytale you don't kill the good guys.
I am entertained by information, not self promotion. I also don't mind anyone being wrong about the information they give. However, when one turns their info into a circus and guarantees they are right, then they are wrong, I lose my patience. I have never, ever made negative comments to anyone other than this guy about their right or wrong info, and I only went after this guy based on his choke on Dunlap because it was such a circus.
Aah, the message board police. Gotta love them.
If it makes you feel any better, most people couldn't care less if you never posted again.
Prove it. Actually the same can be said about you.

Is it most people or some people? Maybe we should take a poll to find out.
